Service bookings require a consultation and signed service agreement. The following payment terms apply:

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit amounts vary by service package.
• Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract, typically including milestone payments.
• Final Payment: Final payment is typically due 14 days before your event date.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement.
• Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation policies vary by service package and will be detailed in your service agreement. General guidelines include:

• Clients must provide written notice of cancellation via email
• Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be applied to future services within the specified timeframe outlined in your contract
• Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation and work already completed
• Vendor deposits and purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your event

• Covering costs associated with venue requirements or permits
• Final approval of design concepts and vendor selections

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design concepts, is the property of Tlozarinax and protected by copyright laws.

Custom event designs created for clients may be used in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain rights to use images and designs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
