Policy Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services and gift cards provided by Tlozarinax. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of event planning services, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before booking our services or purchasing a gift card. By engaging our services or purchasing a gift card, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service package and will be detailed in your individual service agreement. The following general guidelines apply:

60+ Days Before Event

Full refund of deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee. All work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced separately.

30-59 Days Before Event

50% of deposit refundable. All work completed and vendor commitments will be invoiced at cost.

14-29 Days Before Event

25% of deposit refundable. All expenses incurred, including vendor deposits and purchases, are non-refundable.

Less Than 14 Days Before Event

No refund available. All payments are non-refundable due to vendor commitments and time invested.

Important: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your written notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the following terms:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Administrative fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Vendor deposits and purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable once committed
  • Any custom items or personalized services cannot be refunded

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Consultation fees (if separate from service package)
  • Custom design work already completed
  • Vendor deposits and purchases
  • Rush service fees
  • Travel expenses (if applicable)

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards purchased from Tlozarinax are subject to the following terms:

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase
  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash
  • Transferable: Gift cards may be transferred to another person
  • Partial Use: Unused balances remain on the gift card for future use
  • Expiration: After expiration, gift cards cannot be used or redeemed
  • Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them like cash

Gift cards can be used toward any of our event planning services, packages, or add-ons. They cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, vendor failures, or venue closures), the following applies:

  • We will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date
  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit for future services equal to the amount paid, valid for 12 months
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus non-recoverable expenses
  • We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to circumstances beyond our control

Service Satisfaction & Disputes

We are committed to providing exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with our services:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of your event to discuss any concerns
  • We will work with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution
  • Refunds for service dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Any disputes should be submitted in writing with detailed documentation

We encourage open communication throughout the planning process to ensure your expectations are met.

Service Agreement Terms

Your individual service agreement may contain specific terms that override or supplement this general policy. In case of conflict, the terms of your signed service agreement will take precedence.

It is important to review your service agreement carefully before signing, as it will detail the specific cancellation and refund terms applicable to your event.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your transaction.
